Recipe for the Week: Spring Salad

Salads are polarizing. Some people love'em, some not so much. It's a lot easier to entice a non-veggie lover to eat some greens when they're spruced up a bit with tasty ingredients. And it can be as simple as the recipe below!

Spring Salad

Serves 4

What you'll need:

Mixed Greens or Spinach; a basic package.

3/4 Cup Blueberry Lemon Coco, Bee & Nut: Grain Free Granola

A handful of blueberries(or whatever berries you like)

1.5 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1.5 T. Flavored Balsamic Vinegar (flavored balsamic vinegar is usually a little more syrupy and has more of a sweetness to it than classic balsamic. If you've never tried it, think of it as an adventure for your taste buds. We LOVE these flavors: Fig, Blackberry Ginger, Coconut, Lemon, Raspberry. You can usually find a couple flavored options at your local grocery store.)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions: 

1. Place your greens in a big bowl

2. Sprinkle in the blueberries and the grain free granola

3. When ready to serve, drizzle the oil and vinegar over the salad.

4. Add you desired amount of salt and pepper.

5. Toss!

6. Enjoy :)
